⚡ Wiring Harness Repair & Rework
Don’t Replace It — Rework It Right
At Moore Throttle Motorsports, we specialize in saving and rebuilding wiring harnesses that others would toss. Whether your harness is burnt, hacked, missing connectors, or just looks like a plate of spaghetti — we can make it better than new. Every repair is done using OEM-quality or motorsports-grade components, built to last and perform flawlessly.
🔧 What We Repair
Harness issues can come from years of abuse, melted insulation, poor aftermarket work, or even rodent damage. No matter the cause, we can bring it back to life.
Common repair and rework services:
- Damaged wire replacement and splicing (Tefzel or TXL as needed)
- Connector replacement (OEM, Deutsch, DTM, DTP, Metripack, etc.)
- Pin extraction and re-termination
- Wire labeling optional and harness cleanup
- Length adjustments for swap or relocation setups
- Shield repair for crank/cam/signal integrity
- Re-looming with Raychem DR-25 or split loom braid
- Diagnostic continuity testing and pin mapping
We can also repin or modify factory harnesses to work with standalone ECUs or engine swaps, so you don’t have to start from scratch.
🧰 Rework, Don’t Rebuy
A clean, well-repaired harness not only saves money — it saves headaches. We understand how critical proper wiring is for tuning, drivability, and long-term reliability. Every repair or modification is bench-tested and verified before it leaves our shop.
You’ll receive:
- Revived serviceable harness that fits correctly
- Continuity and insulation verification results
- Optional heat-shrink labeling or print ID
- Technical notes for your tuner or installer
